The foodie conundrum

Cooking is therapy for me. After a long day, nothing soothes me better that cooking up something for my family.

It’s my love language, and there is nothing better than someone appreciating your food.
The flops are all part of the fun, and experimentation just adds to the intrigue.
I love the science behind cooking as well, which is why fermentation’s are part of my repertoire, fermented sauces, pickles and breads being the staple.

I don’t claim to be a good chef, we will leave the opinions up to those who consume, however, I will share some of my standard go to recipes on this page for anyone that is interested.
